ELFE is guided by Branwen Collier, a certified special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Branwen has worked with children ages 0 to 11 in both early intervention and classroom settings. Her early work in general education inspired a strong interest in supporting children with autism, which ultimately led her to Applied Behavior Analysis as a powerful tool for creating lasting, positive change. Her experience and dedication shape the heart of ELFE’s mission

Childcare
Our early childhood teachers and teaching assistants receive thoughtful cross-training so they can support both typically developing children and children with special needs. They are also trained in positive behavior supports, which helps create calm, engaging classrooms where learning comes naturally and strong relationships can grow.
